Q: Cheating and Absconding since 2020

Sir, My husband had an affair for few years, when i found out in 2020, he left the house to live near the other lady. There has been no communication between us since. The house i live is on his name. But the ongoing home loan is on our joint name. What options do i have regarding the house.

First of all file D.V application in court and claim interim relief that he should make payment of EMI as interim relief. And also move with application separately for monthly alimony. You can file separation petition on ground of adultery.

My wife filed a divorce case first in July in which address was incorrect but I got the message from the court and I appointed a lawyer and replied on second date of hearing. Counseling will happen in December. 2 Month later in Sept , she filed a DV case aganist everyone in family. You are receiving call from bharosa cell means she had filed criminal complaint at her local police station. Police won't register complaint directly they forward the same to bharosa cell. In counselling you should file written statement and mention about litigation going on in court. If you don't want to continue the said relationship close this chapter with proposal for separation petition.

My husband left me a year ago. First I filed section 9 on him. Later he filed section 13 1ia on me. In mediation center my husband claim I am cheater and liar. counsellor said mediation got failed. Now can I file impotent case on my husband?

First of all be clear that really he is impotent. If yes you can file by withdrawing previous petition with reason to save marriage at fullest and to avoid any garbage on his name. covert it in mutual.

I want to file a divorce case against my wife on grounds of cruelty and Extramarital Affair. What proof is required to prove that she is having an Extramarital affair? I can prove that she used to talk on mobile with him in my absence. Is this sufficient ??? for the last 2 years she is in her father\'s house. I gave her some money to keep with her and ask her to return it when I need that money but she took that money with her and was not ready to return can I file a complain against her.

If all this is going g on it will be better that you should go and file divorce petition on the ground of mental and physical cruelty and even if not having any evidence about extra marital affair, you can make such pleading in case also if you had paid money online you can claim from her.

Mangalsutra, engagement ring and other golden and silver jewelry which I got in my marriage from in-laws and husband is this includes in streedhan, because mangalsutra nd all these jewelry is married woman's symbol.

No whatever ornaments, jewelry and gifts that you receive from your family, frnds and relatives at the time of your marriage comes within the definition of stridhan and that you can claim other than permanent alimony from your in laws.
