Visitation right denied by husband

28-Apr-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, I have taken mutual divorce from husband and he got the custody of kids as I was not in a position to raise kids financially. I have got visitation rights to meet kids every week and 20 days custody in a year. However my husband is not cooperating and making some or the other excuses to not let me talk to kids or meet them. Even he has been relocated to a new city without informing me and the court. I do not have his whereabouts of the place he has relocated. I am allowed to have 20 days

There are a few things which are important to know here, which includes whether this visitation arrangements were given in the form of an Order by the Court. Whatever the case maybe, please send a notice through your lawyer for enforcement of the visitation and if that fails and if you do/don't have an order go before the Court.
