CAN ANY ONE ANSWER IS WE ABLE TO FILE EARLY HEARING REQUEST APPLICATION IN DELHI HIGH COURT FOR PENDING MACT APPEAL

You can file an application for early hearing before the high court. Early hearing application will be taken up when the objection gets cleared. For that purpose you have to serve the opposite party.

Yes, you can request the Hon'ble Court for the early hearing of your matter. All you need to do is submit an application under section 151 of CPC and specifically state the strong reasons that why your petition should be heard on early basis. You have make the Court convince on your reasons and if court will allow your application then your petition will be taken on early basis.
