Sir then you need to contest the case and your cases will be reopened again and you need to reveal that why you don't want to go for second motion and then your pending cases will be reopened by the judge.

If you want to break that meditation agreement, then there will be no adverse order against you. But after that your wife can proceed with other pending cases against you and you will have to face the proceedings in those matters

Before answering this question. I would like to get the complete details and facts of the case because it really depends on the nature of the case being filed. What was the purpose, relief that you were seeking from the court ?

Mediation is done of free will and understanding and incase the same is not there it a void contract you cannot be forced to have divorce if you don’t want and can refuse to go ahead of first motion and renegotiate your terms for settlement in case you want divorce on fresh terms. You can inform this to judge also

If you break mediation contract before first motion then mediatior will refer ur case back to the court and then court will decide whether u signed it with or without reading it. Only court has the authority to decide.
