As my mediation process got fail ,as my husband came in one date and told she can come home but after he never contacted and in next date he didn't come so our mediation got fail as it was already 3 months completed in mediation,my question is what's the next step as mediation got fail ,what will happen now?we come under hindu marriage act.
as per your query I think if your mediation is going in lower court or family court he must have taken Bail from High court that's why he is not appearing if your mediation is going in High court then automatically the Stay which he has got will be vacated in the next date of hearing date for further query you can contact us with your relevant documents.
