I just wanted to know what happens in court on the first hearing date. If the notice is served late, say 10-15 days before the first hearing, what will happen at the first hearing in court?

The opposite party or defendant or respondent as the case may be will appear and take time to file their response and matter will be adjourned if there is a stay application they it may be argued or stay may be granted in the case depending upon fact and circumstances of the case



Q: What merits SC required here to allow TC?

Hi Wife filed 498a in AP state, immediate filed DVC(against my entire family) in TS state, in DVC Interim Maintenance is allowed, then after 2 or 3 months later she filed 125 MC in AP state where she filed 498.means in AP 2 cases(498, 125), TS state 1 case. her intention is harass me and get Maintenance.What merits required to SC transfer/club at all one Court.?wife harass filling case across states for Money and make me/entire family members feel inconvenience?

Hi, My lawyer has not given me original petition copy, and now due various issues planning to change lawyer, if I need to get the certified petition copy from saket dist court, how much time will it take and what will be the cost. And what is the process, Kindly guide

Apply for the copy and mostly in a week you should be able to get the copy and charges are not much and depends upon the size of file you can except about 300-400 for a 60-70 pages from it you can hire your new lawyer and he can get it for you tooThe form for certificated copy need a Re1 court fees and also need to be allowed by the court since it’s pending

I have recently filed for divorce i have a baby boy of 8 months old but i did not make the adhar card of my child i don't want to add the name of his father being a mother of child can i add my instead name of father ? Or can i remove name of father if mentioned??
