Wife is not agreeing to stay together after mediation

Hi Need Help. Recently in family court my self and my wife agreed to live together in Mediation. Duriing this period she agreed to come with me. Now she is saying she dont want to come. But i have taken back the divorce case which is failed. Now i dont know what to do. she is saying she will file a conjugal case against me. i dont know what to do. Can you please help out in this situation what to do?

File fresh petition by enclosing the Medication Report and Court Order seeking Divorce, prior to that serve notice to her to come and live with on the undertaking of the Mediation Report and Court Order, by giving a a week time. .

Think twice before acting, by now you must know your spouse, anyways this is a learning curve for u. You again file a divorce proceedings, along with the mediation report and tell that she has committed breach of the terms of the compromise and be firm this time. If she files conjugal rights u can ask the court to club the case and it can be heard together.
