on the abovementioned query the legal advice from my legal knowledge is that the mediation process has been dispose off after 90 days. thereafter when the mediation is dispose off then in the honorable court you may file a application for issue non bailable warrant against the accused. if non bailable warrant issued and the accused not appears for his bail then the concerned court can issue proceedings under section 82 criminal procedure code and thereafter section 83 criminal procedure codei.e. KURKI.

dear client
has he submitted the amount which the court has directed or ask your mediator to talk to the council of your husband whether he will come or not if it's in the high court if the proceedings are in lower court or your police station concern then he must have taken stay through high court order in arrest stay that is y he is not appearing.
