Hi, I have a property in Delhi that I agreed to sell last week. Without signing any agreement, the potential buyer gave me Rs. 1 lakh as token money and is now demanding xerox copies (marked crossed) of the property, as he wants to make a Bayana. I want to know if it is legally right to hand over the documents or if I should refuse and tell him that we won't hand over anything until the Bayana is signed and we receive at least 10% of the total sum as insurance. Can xerox of the sale deed be misused? If a xerox of property papers is given to a broker, is there any problem? Please guide me through this process.

Sir firstly you have to make an agreement to sell with that buyer and fix a date for the execution to that agreement in which you have got your entire sale transaction amount then only handover the documents to the buyer.

We are in living in rent house .my mom and dad as well as me also facing lots of problem from our neighbours .always they are trying to rule us..we didn't find peace in that place. always they r trying to do fight quarreling all shit things and talking and treating my parents very badly as a girl I am my parents are not allowing me to get involve in this problem but I feel very shame to stand behind and watch this kind of things ... We are not even seeing face slot talking to them for past 4 yrs but the people always torturing us to the extent .. we need some kind of peace in home but it always absence because of them.. there is no sleep to my parents too because of them.. can I make complaint against neighbour in any nearby NGO's they can stop know bcz they think that the house was theirs they feel they are the owner of that house ... Mam you can file a civil suit of injunction against your neighbours in which you can claim restrain order from the court and if you want to criminal case then you have to file complaint against your neighbours before the police.

Sir you can file a criminal case against that government servant who is engage with the married women as per law if a person has the affair with married women then he is liable for punishment in criminal law.

You can file civil case under senior citizenship act which protect the rights of the senior citizens and gives protection to them and compel the son or daughter to care for their parents and if you wanted remedy in criminal law then you can file harrassment case against the son.
