What is the next step when mediation has failed under 498A case?

25-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Dear Lawrato, I have filed Quashing of FIR under IPC 482 in Allahabad HC against 498A and got stay on proceeding from AHC.Meanwhile mediation failed at AHC in 2015 due to huge demand of money from Girl side like 10 Lakh.My lawyer is saying that there is no use of 482 now and approaching for the regular bail but HC court decision still showing pending on the website www.allahabadhighcourt.in.Please guide me for the next step whether should i go for bail or not ? is there any other solutions apart from bail? Please reply I will be very thankful to you and your team. Regards, Rahul

Stay is itself a temporary stop over the proceedings but it is no full and final and can anytime be removed by the court order. There are many other things which you can do but for it I want to have one to one discussion.

TAKE BAIL AND FACE THE TRIAL IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO FULFILL HER DEMANDS. IT WILL BE MORE WISE DECISION.
