hi,

no she will not be eligible for divorce quota once she has remarried again. unelss otherwise mentioned in the particular quota description. usually in general the moment she marries again she loses benefits that may be accorded to divorced women

No she is not eligible for the said job as she has married again. She can be liable for disciplinary proceedings for using false information to get a job.
Also, if her former husband challenges that, she can be in great trouble.

For all other positions, women candidates will be reserved 30% of the vacancies in direct recruitment. Of this, one third of the vacancies shall be reserved for divorced and widowed women candidates, in a ratio of 80 to 20.
