There is no such restriction in any law to prevent remarriage.....if tgere is such rule in cobcern service rules than it may struck down.....
Your sister can get re marriage....if any complicacy arison in future regarding serviceyou may contact me....

Yes you can remarry after getting job on the basis of age relaxation of divorced quota but you will have to complete your probation period then after you can remarry there is no problem in that. Once if you complete your probation period then your job will be regular, permanent and secured. Actually just after completion of probation, Govt. used to send employees all the details with no objection documents to the head office or branch for the consideration of job on permanent basis. So after this there is no problem if you marry.

Yes, marriage is part of life and nobody can take away this right of a citizen which has been given in constitution and getting job is one aspect when a girl has to leave her marital home but it does not stop her to settle again in life.
