Q: FRI not showing online even after 6 months
I received 41a crpc notice from police station IO to join the investigation. As per notice FIR logged in Nov 2020 (ipc 420,468 and 471. I asked many times to IO to gv me FIR copy for Bail .. but he is making excuses. Why FIR is not showing online even after 6 months? how to get fir copy online without fir number ?

because charge sheet has not yet been filed. also for doesn't always show online. you should wrote a letter to sho requesting for copy of FIR. please tell me which police station. I may be able to take out details for you. you should move anticipatory bail. please feel free to contact me.

A family member illegally took property key from us and created fake property papers in his name with the act of forgery in signature. Further he sold to other person and again it is sold to third person. In regard to this I have compained in police station but they are not filling FIR or not even investigating fairly.
