Ex servicemen denied interview in RAS because Ihad a third child

Is there any chance to safeguard my service as I am ex service man.I was not allowed for interview in RAS2016 By RPSC Ajmer.
Rajasthan had adopted the two-child policy since June 2001, barring its employees from having a third child. That according to the state government there would be no new job for a person having more than two kids, nor any promotion to such employees who prefer the third kid after June 1, 2002.
That now the government has relaxed the two-children policy and that in case of a remarriage, a government employee already has two children from a previous marriage will now be allowed to have a third child with the new spouse. Also, twins or triplets in such remarriages will be counted as one unit.
Other than abovementioned relaxation, you are not allowed for any government recruitment.
