Q: Mental Harassments and Using Abusive Language. Threat to do damage

HI,My name is Gagan and i am working with MNC.its been 12 years that i got married and since beginning I am staying as a native family along with wife and kid (11Years) My relation with my in laws are not good and they keep on interfering and harassing me. I am getting mentally tortured and harassed by my wife and in laws. My father in law and Brother in law threats me about life damage. I want a solution that they should not get involved in my house and stay away . I don't want them to visit my place. Also, my wife torture's me in the same manner if I deny for any thing related to their family . Please help!

Hello Sir.There are various ways by which you can stop your in-laws for ex. Filing of complaint in P.S. as well as court. It would be better if we can talk on this because I need to know more facts to guide to appropriately.Thanks

I want to get married by SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT. How can I proceed in the matter further?

Sir to get a marriage registered under the special marriage act it will take around 2 to 3 months time to complete all process including getting registration certificate and the time period also depends upon the availability of the documents with you

Q: Money not returned by Friend from last 30 months

My friend borrowed arround 20000 rs but still they have to pay 11000 to me but since last 2 years he is given me onlys dates.I have all conversation in whatsapp and sent out email also.How I can get this back

sir, mere bhai ki wife bht hi crue behave karti hai, shadi ko 5 year ho chuke hai.. mere maa papa ne us ki harkato se tang aakar shadi k 1 year me hi hmne usko ghar se rent par bhej diya.. fir bhai apni biwi k sath ghar se kuchh door rent par rehne lga.. lekin uski wife bina wajah mere se ladai karti rhi.. is beech unki 2 year ki beti bhi hai.. ab bhai ki covid me job chhut gai thi to usne sasta ghar rent pr le liya. to uski wife ghar chhod kr chli gayi. or aane se mna krti hai,, kehti hai ki metrimonial house me maa paapa k ghar rhoge to aaungi.. par hmare gharwale usko nhi aane dena chahte..bhai hmare sath rehta h kyuki rent wale ghar me akele kese rhe... kya uski biwi uspar koi case file kar skti hai metrimonial house me rehne k lie mere maa papa pr case kr skti hai pls btaye.. wo job working hai,, 15-16 thousand me.. to kya mentenance etc maang skti hai beti ka and apna?

Q: Mental and physical harrassment by Daughter in law and son

My son and daughter in law has been harrassing me since their marriage, the fights and torture revolved around property issue only. Thus, Me and my late husband decided to transfer one of our property to them , to get rid of the daily harrasment. Later , when my husband died in 2013 , the son and daughter in law came back to my house saying , I am old and they would take care of me, but later they started harrassing me again, Both mentally and physically. They threatened me to not to talk to any of our Neighbours, relatives and even my 4 daughters. My son and daughter in law even told me that they will sieze all my property as soon as possible and I will die soon. I have even filled a complaint to police once , when the police came , my son told them that my mental state is not right and even police did not helped me. Next day, I called my daughters and told them to take me with them or I will be dead. I dont want to live with him. Please guide me a legal procedure.
