I need to get access to my husband income details

I need to get access to my husband income details via his income tax returns or any other means . Could you please guide me in detail what exactly needs to be done .
I want to file maintenance application in court for which i need his income details .He works in an IT firm and HR are not responding to my emails.
Its been one year since i have filed a case for dowry and other charges but nothing has been done yet.
Please help me !!
As your husband works in a private company, you cannot obtain his salary information from his company under RTI Act 2005 otherwise as per latest ruling a wife is entitled to seek her husband's salary details. You may file an application in the same court calling upon your husband to furnish bonafide details of his income.

First of all you have to simplify do the thing you should file criminal application under the provisions of criminal procedure code and in addition file application for interim relief i.e. for interim maintenance.
