Falsely accused under ipc section 509 almost a year back want to file a defamation case and in proff I have video recording where it is clearly showing that I have not done anything

if you have proofs to substantiate your claims then you may first send defamation legal notice to the other party through your counsel calling upon the party to fulfill your demands or you would take legal recourse. If he doesn't abide by the conditions after receipt of the notice then you may file case before a magistrate

M(32) Mumbai and F(35) Delhi did secret court marriage in Ghaziabad in Dec 24 without informing parents or any1. Long distance rship but used to meet almost every month. Wife got pregnant in Mar 25 and we had an abortion through a mutual decision as our financial condition is not perfect. Found out the wife is on dating apps and going on speed dating events twice(forgave her once) so I decided I wont marry. Now wife is blackmailing with abortion documents and RCJ. We have never stayed together

If you have proofs of her relationship with other person then keep that intact and use it at an appropriate time. For now you send a legal notice to her through your counsel calling upon her to stop blackmailing you or you would take legal action against her

Generally such onerous allegations are levelled by the wife while filing 498a cases. You may file quashing of FIR petition before high court and may try to get it quashed from there only. If you have proofs then it will be a good case for you

Incident happened on 24feb 2025. FIR was registered with BNS 118(2),115,351,352,3(5)The accused got bail in 8 daysFilling date of FIR was 30 May 2025.First hearing date was 15 july 2025 and case status was awaiting summonsNext date was 14 oct 2025 &case status:awaiting summons And now next date is 3 Jan 2026.Why is it taking to issue a summon and frame charge Nearly a year is going to complete for that incident and a summon is not issued yet.Can you help me to understand case?

As you are Informant in the case, you should file an application before the court to intervene and thereby seek permission to assist the public prosecutor in the case. By doing this you may keep tap on the case proceedings else it will go snails speed

In muslims a husband may give talaq e hasan to his wife three times with a gap of one month. First two talaq e hasan pronouncements are revocable if the parties amicably decide to keep the marriage and start cohabitation. If no cohabitation resumes after two pronouncements then after the third talaq e hasan pronouncement the divorce is done.
