Yes, pocso case is made out against the boy. A properly written complaint ( preferably under the supervision of an advocate) has to be filed before the nearest police against the boy. The parents of the minor girl will have to initiate criminal proceedings.

You should file a written complaint to nearest police station against your brother. You will have to provide all the details of the incidence along with details of the items that have been stolen. a proper complaint should be filed.

It will not affect your ownership however if any case is filed making you as a party then you will have to contest the case. As a remedy you should first respond to any notice or summons received by you through your counsel detailing your side and calling upon it to withdraw it

My sister committed suicide on January 5th, 2024, after enduring cruelty from her husband and in-laws. In a recorded clip, one person can be heard screaming at her while 8 to 9 others were present. You should file a criminal complaint before the police station against her in laws to register an FIR under section 306 of penal code. If police don't take action then file a complaint before superintendent of police. If police don't register FIR even after this then you should file an application before the magistrate
