you can file a writ petition in the Hon' ble high court for quashing the FIR and complaint and get a stay order and thereafter try to get it quashed, the public prosecutor will definitely produce something to show the progress in the case in respect of FIR, it may also happen that the police may file a report to court after investigation that the complaint is false instead of submitting a chargesheet.

you have waited for such a long time from the date of lodging of FIR. even now you can file for quashing of the criminal proceeding against you all. if you can go to High Court, at least proceeding against (if there is no evidence against ) the rest of the people other than husband of the complaint will be quashed

Dear Sir, You may immediately approach High Court and seek quashing of FIR atleast against you since no charge sheet is filled since July 2023. The Police prolong the matter unnecessarily without filing the charge sheet. Also convince the Police not to include your name in the charge sheet you are not at all connected with alleged offences otherwise if charge sheet filed it may run for three to four years.

1.chargesheet is produced by the police once the investigation is completed. there is no limitation for the police to file chargesheet. 2.no need to worry about the case and it doesn't impact on your job. 3.everything will get solved no worries
