Dear user,
The basic question emerged before the court before passing an appropriate order for maintenance is 1. Are you (wife) is unable to maintaine yourself (court may examine your ability to earn and maintain yourself, your egucational qualifications etc)
Now second question which relates to your query too is required to be examine by the court is..
2. What's your Husband's income ...

First of all burden of proof is on the Applicant i. e, wife (you) and if you are unable to proff then you can file an application before the court to get his income out , calling his business account books and banks details before the court to examine income and you may file RTI applications before various authorities to collect the relevant information, you may also summoned the staff working in the shop and dealer or dristibuter whom your husband has business transactions.
Kindly provide me details facts regarding 1. Aspect for appropriate advice .

The fact which you are telling us. Disclose before the court. They would have to defend the same. You will definitely get the maintenance. . .
