Can RTI filled by wife to my offic considered as mental cruelty?

MY wife filing the RTIs to my office by asking the salary statement. Around 4 RTIs were placed by my wife. It is causing harassment infront of my coleagues. Is there any judgment filing of RTI to husband office is cruilty? I need to stop her by submitting the judgements. Kindly share any judgment related to it. Thank you in advance

Filing RTI alone will not get you any solution because there must be some financial issues between you and your wife because of which she is doing this. you can involve the total matter to take some legal action.

Cruelty is not defined but it can be gathered from various untoward inconvenience caused by wife. It depends upon background of each case. Since because your wife continuously filing four applications under RTI it definitely amounts to cruelty.
