Q: Cheated by a married man and he then ghosted me

Can i file a cheating case against a man who lied about his marital status on a dating app? He lied about lot of other things too, like kids, age, education, fathers job etc. We chatted online for few months and he professed his love and also once said that if things work out, we may tie the knot.We met, had consensual sex over a weekend and then he started ghosting me. He later told me that he is married but seperated. I was in denial and was chasing him and was ready to still be in a casual relationship or friendship...He agreed and we were chatting normally for sometime. However he would start ignoring, and lying and manipulating things, blocking me and causing me mental distress. He said he will file a case aganist me for harassing him. Is there a legal recourse for me?

My father's auto rickshaw was stolen 10 days ago. On the same day, the thieves and the rickshaw was found by the police.But after that the real struggle starts, my father have to daily go to the police station and see if they are willing to give the vehicle...It's been 10 days now and we haven't got out vehicle, our food and rent depends on the income of auto rickshaw..When my father is asking the officer, they are saying that we have to go to the court and it will take more than a month and rs5000 for lawyers fees
