It depends on the salary of her husband. The law of the land says the status of the wife should be equivalent to that of the husband. For maintenance u/s 125 CrPC, first she and her husband needs to submit the affidavit of assets and liabilities. Based on the assets and liabilities of her husband and the needs of her children and her own, the court will pass the order of maintainence.
