Sir, a person falsely filed a criminal case against me. The witnesses stated they had no knowledge of the incident, yet the police falsely wrote a charge sheet against me. • New evidence emerges that was not presented earlier.
• The Supreme Court allows a review petition on valid grounds.

• The FIR is completely quashed under Section 482 CrPc (Section 528 BNSS).
• You get a certified court order stating case closure.
• You request a police clearance certificate confirming no criminal record.

I'm 21 yr old male. Had a quarrel with Neighbour they filed 8 false case against me 323,448,506,325,345(B),379,509,34 . Will I able to get a Govt job ?? if my Case in pending in Court?

If a case has been put up for common passage dispute and verdict is uncontested dismissed in default then how to reopen the case , kindly explain the procedure and time limit. ( was not contested due family medical emergency and the inefficacy of the lawyer)

My husband is gay. I have electronic evidences. Can i file FIR with ipc 420? will he be arrested? He lives in Chennai and comes from a well to do family. I have been through a lot of torcher and I have evidence of the torcher done by him and his family on me.

In the event you have faced cruelty from your husband and in-laws, you can opt for 498A IPc and other relevant provisions of the criminal law as well as pursue for divorce from your husband. However, being gay is not a crime and as such even if complaint is filed under s420 IPC you will not get the desired result as because that section is related to fraudulently insucing someone to hand over moveable and/or immovable property.If you are looking for justice then I would be happy to help you in better legal ways than just to file FIR under IPC

In all matters it is important that you appear in person or through an advocate to at least find out what the complaint against you is in the Court of Law. Very often than not the party suing you will try everything to get an Order in your absence.I would advise you to consult me so that at least it can be found found out at what stage the matter is so that better steps can be taken
