Burden of proof based you must proof it under Cr PC 125
When a person is bound to prove the existence of any fact, it is said that the burden of proof lies on that person.
Wife – Petitioner
Eg. To prove that her husband is having Some Properties OR getting some extent of Salary per month
Husband – Respondent
Eg. To prove that his wife is a working lady getting some extent of Salary Per month OR have some properties on her name in her possession purchased by him.
In marking of evidence time u can submit the statement.
If she is Govt Employee –under RTI u will get it.
If she is MNC Employee –Pan Card or other sources based u will get it.
Maintenance case is always dependent upon factual situation.
Different court has given different views on maintenance case.

Wait patiently till she files maintenance. Thereafter you can defend and then call her superior by filing appropriate petitions in court. Till the you can file rti about the nature of job etc. Finance details will not be answered under RTI act.

Hello,
Send a formal legal letter - your lawyer can do this for you - asking for the salary statement as it is needed for a court case. If they refuse get a court order for this evidence. If there are children then you will probably need to pay maintenance anyway.
