Q: Cheque bounce case in partnership firm can I be solely liable

Dear sir / madam I am in a partnership firm can i solely be responsible for cheque bounce case .. because my partner has paid his liabilities and take NOC from NBFC

If you have received the NOC why do you anticipate that a matter would be filed against you? I don't think after giving the NOC, the NBFC would not lodge a case against you or your firm orelse they would have not settled.

Q: Can i complain to police about my boyfriend's behavior

My boyfriend just randomly told me, "baal chher nijer" it's a bengali slang which means pluck your genitalial hair... i feel very disrespected can i complain it to the police?

Yes. Ofcourse if you feel that you have been abused verbally and your right as an individual is violated then you can lodge a Police Complaint against him. You can also get a Restraining order against him if you feel so. Lastly if the police refuses to take your complaint you can make one though the Court.

Q: Divorce and claiming of maintainance

I want to get legally separated from my husband but he is denying to take any kind of responsibility of me or my children and not willing to pay any maintenance. He is a govt officer . Could you please guide what can I do to get this sorted

Being the Husband and the Father of the children, he has to maintain you and the children. The maintenance includes from fooding lodging to education and health. Even if you are separated from him you can still claim maintenance for your children.

Q: fraud with money lent, the accused person is not returning money

I had lent money to someone, he did not return for a long time despite reminders i filed FIR. Police IO took my statements, gave all evidences, accused statements was also recoded. what will be the next step by police? Now will the police give a chargesheet to the magistrate? Will the court case start?

Yes,From whatever you have said here, the Police will file the Chargesheet in due course before the Learned Court and then the trial shall proceed. You can take an update of the case from the Jurisdictional Magistrate by making an application through a Ld. Lawyer.

Q: Marriage registration certificate.

I and my wife would like to rectify my date of birth in our marriage certificate. Need help.

Surely,An application has to be made before the Marriage Registrars Office mentioning the same supported by the original documents containing the real date of birth. I hope that will be more than enough.Regards
