Divorce petition in fast track court

My divorce n DV petition is pending before civil court senior devision from past 2.5 years. The matter is moving extremely slow. Can I move it to fast track court? Marriage is under Hindu acts

Since your matter is pending before the honorable called you need to make an application to the court for expediting the matter. there is no arrangement for transferring the family court matter to the fast track court. it is advisable to take short dates and finish the matter at the earliest.

No their is no provision in law to do so. You can do one thing you can submit to court that opposite party is deliberately killing time so court should instruct them to lead evidence as soon as possible.

A divorce case can indeed be transferred to an expedited court. There are some conditions to be met. You must submit an application to the family court that is currently handling the divorce case in order to transfer it.
