Sir,
There is no separate way to fast track divorce Petition other than attending all dates and filing your evidence etc on time which will ensure no dates are wasted. The best way to fast track is to reach a settlement by which the Divorce can be converted to a mutual consent divorce.First few dates are with the marriage counsellor ,so give your best short to arrive at an amicable settlement.

There shouldn't be a problem to get a divorce decree asap for you as you have mentioned with regards to favourable judgement in your behalf earlier. Moreover both of you are dwelling separately ie not under the same roof for more than 3 yrs is again a point of consideration in your favour.

As a general rule a divorce petition can not be filed within 12 months of marriage but with the permission of court the same can be filed. If you are able to prove impotence of your husband and other allegations the divorce may be granted earlier. But in Indian courts it takes time. Further it depends on the place. Engage a good lawyer of family law matters of your city. You have a good case.

Hiii, if ur husband is impotent, why u not self divorce him. First u left ur in-laws home and file a suit about domestic violence and divorce suit, not apply maintenance suit because if u file maintenance suit, ur divorce suit will hanged. Have u any proof about ur husband impotency? If u have then show in court.

She can file a case against him on the basis of this ground that before marriage he nd his family didn't tell me abt this that he can't be able to do sexual intercourse with me nd he is also nt able to give any child.
