What is the procedure to move case to fast track court

18-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
Our tenant filled original suit 143 on us in Nov 2015 that we are for fully trying to evict him for 10,000 in Pr. Junior Civil Courts, Kavali, He taken premises rent from 2009 and paid rent up to Oct 2014, then stopped paying rent. So we also not agreed for extension of tenancy from 2015 onward. After he filled case on us then inwards he not paid rent to us or court ordered him to pay rent from 3 years. He claimed that previous he given advance 2,00,000 and there was no proof for it. and he have taken premises up to Jan 2018. It will also not completed. We have no confidence on Local court that they will resolve case in 2 year by previous procedure that case went. Without any reason they are post phoning case for 3 year, We had provided all statement and previsions rental agreement. We are pretty sure that Judge never saw statement and agreement provided by nigher parties. we have changed 2 Local lawyers but they are not even file IA for rent even after we have asked.
