Hi Good Afternoon, Before filing the Divorce you must know your legal rights which are given by the law. here you have right to residence. which you can use. Costs depend upon the quality of advocate that you hire for your case. However, you may request for interim maintenance amount and litigation cost from husband during the matter is going on before the court. If your case is meritorious, then the court will grant you monthly maintenance amt from your husband so that your expenses can be managed.
