Husband delaying 2nd motion for mutual divorce

We filed for mutual divorce in Dec last year and at that time court gave him 6 months 15 days to give 2nd installment which was due this month but now my husband is delaying 2nd motion and not picking phone call.
what legal step i can take against him?
