How to apply in fast track court for family court matter

hi,
i have filled a section 9 case in family court. its been 2.5 years and my husband had filled 2 diffrent reply, firstly accepting all charges and secondaly denying all charges.
its been 1.5 yrs since when i am only geeting dates and no action is taken in court.
Please tell can i apply in fast track court and where to apply for fast track court and what is the process?.
it would be better if you pursue this matter with family court and try to get short dates with the help of the council you rely upon or you can expedite the process from High court can elaborate more on if would be able to see your petition which you have filed.

As per your query you may may file an application under section 21 (B) of Hindu Marriage Act-1955, for expedite the trial before the Family court itself, if application rejected then you are further advised to approach the High court to expedite the matter.
You can also approach to the High court against any interim order, which is against you and made alternate prayer for Expedite trial to the High court. If you need any further assistances in the matter feel free to contact.
