Can i get one sided divorce from my husband if he is not ready for divorce and he is shifting to canada in next few days or is this possible to take divorce from him after he gone

yes it is really non technical and easy process to gain one sided divorce order from the family court. to make it clear when you file divorce courts usually issues notice to the opposite party for the appearance and when the opposite party is not available court proceeds ex parte against opposite and finally grant exparte divorce.
