Harpreet,tell them your problem and they will work out a payment plan with you. Start by reaching out to your representative/bank manager. Provide all the documents which prove your inability to pay the EMI.

Female, People below poverty line and people coming to SC & ST category. You can request the judge for legal aid counsel and they will appoint one for you.You are not supposed to pay any fee to them. If you are not satisfied with their service, you can file an application in legal aid cell to change your lawyer.
