Yes you can get the certified copy of any judgement or order of a case whose case number is not known to you but you must know the case name, nature of the case and the judge before the case was listed. Q: 1st motion is done , I do not want to go for second one.

My first sign was done on 29 September. I wasn't mentally ready for it but his family pressured me alot . I didn't know what to do at that time hence I signed. I don't want divorce from my husband and do not want to sign for the 2nd motion that is on 9th April 2024. I just want to know what effect it will have on me if I do not sign a second motion . Will I get a chance to save my marriage? They change the date as well to last year to get the divorce done early.

If you will not go on the second date then they will adjourn the matter and give another date. This process will go on for an year and if you still not appear then judge will dismiss the matter for non-appearance. Your husband may sue you under civil for non-performance of contract. Q: I want to get bail cancelled of opposite party

I got an FIR registered against assaulters u/s 452,354, and other sections After that many FIRs are registered so I want that bail given to them should be cancelled

You must have a valid reason for getting the bail cancelled. you need to see on what conditions bail were granted to accused. if he voilates any of the condition, his bail can be cancelled easily. On top of that, if he is threatening you or threatening the witnesses and you have the evidence of it then it is yet another way you can get his bail cancelled

Q: Received life threats by husband of my female friend

What should i do ? i received death threats from husband of my female friend because of some nude pics that she shared with me last year, she married that guy just 3 months before she send me nudes. Before her marriage we have come quite close on Instagram just one step away from relationship but she got married

First and foremost without any delay you should inform the nearest police station about this, be it by way of a letter/email or written letter.secondly, you should also send a legal notice to your friend's husband regarding this blackmail and warn him to not to contact you moving forward or you will take appropriate civil or criminal action against him.

Q: Court notice from court case by husband

My friend's husband has filed a court case and today I see the court notice in the news paper which says the defendent is not served and will have to personally appear on 7/11/2023 at 10 am. It has bottom line of a principal judge, family court, Gurdaspur . Where should I go and whom should I ask?

You need to attend hearing at Family court Gurdaspur. The reason you have seen the publication in the newspaper is because the petitioner (the one who filed divorce) must have served you summon but the summon could not have been served due to any reason. If you will not appear in the case then the judge can file an ex-parte order against you which can effect your case.
