hi,yes it is really non technical and easy process to gain one sided divorce order from the family court. to make it clear when you file divorce courts usually issues notice to the opposite party for the appearance and when the opposite party is not available court proceeds ex parte against opposite and finally grant exparte divorce.

hi,I hope money given in loan is through bank transactions. you can easily get your money by filing police complaint against your friend. if your friend will not return the money she will have to face cheating charges that too in nri cell. if you want to file civil case you have to deposit court fees for that amount and it will be very lengthy procedure. you will have to wait for atleast 10 years to get your money back.rgdsshivam
