I have submitted my property documents as surety for my relative's bail under the NDPS Act. However, I believe he may not comply with legal proceedings, which could lead to problems for me in the future. How can I withdraw bail surety, and can I file an application for withdrawal of surety to request the court to cancel his bail?

Hi what u can do is take back ur surety. Gve application in the same court that u want to tke surety bond back. Then court will order him to arrange a new surety. U can contact me fr the same at any time.

Q: Will by sound mind but unable to sign person

My father is of sound mind but unable to sign due to medical condition, If i get athumbimression on will. will that be valid. How to resolve this issue

will made by any person with a sound mind is valid will irrespective of the other health conditions. in your case it is advised that you should take health certificate from the doctor who is treating your father. under these circumstance the suspicion of fabrication of will will be ruled out.

Q: I want to get bail cancelled of opposite party

I got an FIR registered against assaulters u/s 452,354, and other sections After that many FIRs are registered so I want that bail given to them should be cancelled

if there is subsequent fir register and you have or recieving threat to your life, you can file the petition for cancellation of bail of the accused person/s. moreover the bail in itself has certain conditions/clauses restraining accused to commit some acts and infringement of these conditions lead to serious prejudice resulting in forfeiture and cancellation of bail.

Q: how i can get bail. while i have not weapon.

i am in custody from last 7 months . fir date was may 2023. my friends and me were 14 frnds in three cars one c type gangster attacked on our cars with bricks and they were 3 friends along with his mom and sister. after that fight happened . gangster and his frnd died on spot one of them were injured and his mother was also injured . i was sitting down in car i did not get out. his siter also put her statement in challan that i was sitting in car all the time and police also did not recover weap

after reading the description above stated it is believed that you have been made co accused under part of the gang. it is not simple and easy as it seems. youhave to convince the court that you never wanted to be part of the fight/ act and has no intention to indulge yourself in any nefarious activity. so I believe it is a road rage and you might be chargesheeted under section 307. m here to help.thankew

it means you have been declared as proclaimer offender/bhagora. you can anytime hire a lawyer and make appearance before the court who will grant you in the spot bail after furnishing surety.thereafter you will have a chance to rebut the claim.
