How can an Indian obtain divorce from his wife if he obtains citizenship of another country.
Question is weather your marriage was solomanised in India or abroad?
Questions is whether your marriage was solomanised under Hindu,muslim,Christen or under special marriage act.that is inter faith marrige. If your marriage was solomanised in India or any of you is Indian you can file divorce in India subject to answering the above question.

Sir as per Indian marriage act . If the husband takes the permanent resident or citizen ship of any other country then the husband can give no objection certificate from that country for ex parte divorce from there only and he doesn't have to come to India in person for the divorce proceedings. Which eligible the wife to take the exam parte divorce in India . And it is valid .

He have to file a citizenship certificate with his divorce pettition and the remain procedure will be the same as like all the divorce proceedings goes. But some little changes will be happend but your lawyer will taken care of this.
