Q: Whether Canadian Divorce valid in India or not?
My sister got married in India in 2021 and she went to canada same year, there due to some factors she divorced him in 2023 and everything happened mutually without compalints. Now I am wondering whether the divorce happened in Canada valid here in India, and she is able to remarry and no future concsequences she would face!If not valid then let me know what should I do!

is there a mutual agreement in written.. and the other person received summons and properly served through summons.. and if all the proceedure adopted as per law.. than it will be done. in other case file 13b here in India.. it has six month proceedure and get it done by Indian law

there is no option to get divorce without arguments and facts.. there is proceedure and proof needed to get the divorce.. section and divorce both are separate by nature. u need legal advice before step into that.
Q: Should I go for Quashing Case from High Court in 376 case
In March 2025 an Fir registered on me under section 376, make physical relation on false pretext of marriage by a complainant which is totally false. I got anitcipatory bail from Punjab Haryna high court on ground that she know about my maritial status I am a married person and relationship established on mutual consent. Second thing complainant have already registered a different Fir on another person under section 376 in 2018. Can I go for quashing in High court.

yes u can.. on the basis of .. the record u have regarding the consented relationship.. if Challan be processed than don't go for quashing .. just face the trail.... because high court .. will also ask to face the trail.. and let atleast complainant be examined

Sir /mam, meri sister ki marriage bhogpur me 2020 ko hui thi wo spouse visa me gyi hai main applicant me. Uska husband divorce maang raha hai. Kya india me shadi hui UK me divorce possible hai. Or sir sister ka husband keh raha panchayat me aa jao sir court case best rahega ya panchayat. Because hum kal jalandhar se hai or wo bhogpur se. Or sir agar ladke walo ne apne bete pe paise lga ke usko sister ke sath foreign bheja hai. Kya wo paise wo humse maang skta hai or kya hume dene padhege.

you have to file a divorce petition if anyone living in a broad then he can aur she can given his her attorney or authorisation to somebody, who will be the dear dear of his her so you can file divorce petition on the basis of mutual consent Panchayat degree may not be applied legally so you have to file before the Hon'ble Court jurisdiction
