Dear Sir,
Police have vast powers and if it is a petty case and ask them to file charge sheet and pay small fine in the Court and they will no consequences if you wish to travel Abroad. Otherwise get file quashing petition before the High Court and file another application in the same petition and seek permission to go Abroad.

you would get notice from jurisdictional court and you may have to get regular bail at that time and kindly check clauses/restrictions if any in the Anticipatory bail order w.r.t travel
Generally while passing anticipatory bail the Honble Court impose restrictions on travel to secure from damage/tampering of witness or evidence. Hence fo through the Order of the court
