Yes you can file for Anticipatory Bail in above mentioned sections. once you get Anticipatory Bail same will be valid for till the completion of Investigation or till the chargesheet gets filed. No anticipatory bail wnot Vaild at trail stage.

if it is mentioned in order that anticipatory bail is charge sheet then accused will move another on submission of chargesheet in the court only High Court and sessions court has power to grant anticipatory bail to an accused Lower court has no power and no right

if you have anticipatory bail order filing of chargesheet then it is valid only up to date upon which the chargesheet is been filed . it is also important to mention here that after submission of chargesheet in court below the investigating officer will not arrest you automatically but process against you will be issued by the code below only then you will be arrested . it is also your right to challenge the chargesheet in the High Court you can again file and application for anticipatory bail after submission of chargesheet
