I understand your questions so you issued cheque to hospital it is nounced as per reason in sufficiant balance right. it is under comes to NI act once nounce the cheque it is mandatory for give the legal notice to accused party you are avaiding legal notice also complinant party issued if it is served ir not served they will file a case at court with in 45 dates or thay can call you and ask the money. if you get legal notice ans send replay the notice and if you get court summon attend the court and take time and giveoney this is the procedure

One of my relatives had a bad breakup. As he was under stress, depressed and suicidal, he thought of venting it out last year in a 15-page letter to the girl. But the girl filed an FIR in a non-home state where she is married. Now, over the past 3-4 months, the guy's family has been receiving calls from the local police station asking them to visit. The police are not threatening but rather asking the guy to visit. What are the legal rights of the boy, and is it possible to quash the FIR?

ok i understand your questions so you shuld take bail first on the bassis of FI R then you meet police other wise police will arrest him and collect crime number what are all affemce she is mention depend up on you can file quash petition at high court it is depend up on Complaint and FIR what she mentioned section it is bailable Or non bailable that is important so you have to fallow legal proceedings them meet with poice station

Q: A person smoking in public called his son to hit me

It was raining and a person started smoking in open air public place i touched him and said please move aside he started scolding and even i then the problem escalate he took my vehicle key and called his son he came and hit me with my helmet which has been broken too i lodged a complaint against them so they also lodged a counter case saying i abused them scould his wife tried to hit me and so on with false aligation.
