Q: Sister in law remarried ,staying in my house

Respected Lawyers, My sister in law who was a widow of my only brother has remarried . She is staying with her husband and 2 kids (born to my brother ) in my parents house. The property has not been registered , my parents and my only brother are dead. How can I claim my property and what best can I do because she is not willing to vacate the house and refuses to give the house documents.

okay I understand your questions so your sister inlaw remarried she don't have right to ask property to your brother share only kids have a right so you filed a case for vacate the house and take court order take caxate it under legally so it is best way other wise it is difficult to vacate her so you go through court it is possible to get your property.

Q: Need support for my divorce case

wife left my house and filed sec9 after one year we got separated and court counseling also got failed. At time of proof submission my wife didn't came but her brother came to the court and submitted the proofed document for contest. Is there any sign or indication to the judge?

Self earned property of my mom was given gift deed to me. Now my siblings have sent a lawyer notice mentioning it's family property and they need share in tat. Can they takeba stay against the property and stop me in sellingvor building. Plz suggest

I understand your questions so your mother self aquired property made gift deed to yours name now your seblings send Legal notice right you shuld give reply notice to them and your mother self earned property she have a right to give the property to any one so under kaw your siblings don't have a right if this property if it is absistral they have a right to ask them share so it is self earned of your mothers it is not an issue.
