How to withdraw 156 3 case after police station settlement?

A girl filed a 156(3) against me, she settled it in police station in written, also did out of the court settlement with affidavit on the basis of marriage and got married with me.
Now it has been more than 50 days her advocate who filed the case giving the excuses and not withdrawing the case even on her request.
How can she withdraw case with minimum effort and time?

if you have settlement then applicant not press the application because in the 156(3) there is no provide for withdraw the application only you can not press the application. you her advocate not perform properly then you can appoint any other advocate and not press the application.
