Misuse of POCSO to settle score

I purchased a shop in a commercial complex from the builder in 2009 and it's been 11 years the builder is not forming a society even after selling 90% of his inventory. The builder has also constructed 70 stalls in the parking area which he rents out to the people and makes 8 to 10 lacs a month. He has even rented common toilet as an office and a beauty parlour. The builder has a long criminal record and uses his muscle on anyone who asks him to form a society so all the buyers are scared. I am a gutsy guy who challenged him and started writing letters to Municipality regarding illegal construction to which he sent goons on my property and vandalised my shop. A case has been registered against him but now he is threatening me that he will file a fake POCSO case of molestation against me using a kid as a pawn. What are my remedies?
POCSO is a stringent Act. Filing a false case under POCSO isn't that easy unless police dont work professionally. If your apprehension is very real and you have little bit evidences of the threats you received then you should write to nearest police station.

you have to approach police and make a complaint explaining the current situation. you have to include in your complaint the fact that builder is threatening to file false cases against you. for any further clarfication and legal help you can contact.
