false allegation of sexual harassment at workplace.

the case is that, A officer performing duty along with his junior female staff. at that time a another man came to same place where the above officer, the man and officer were talking about Annual medical examination and same thing. Then the lady who was sitting out side of room, made a complaint against that man that the man was talking with bad words indirectly to her. she filled a complaint and after that the internal committee declare him guilty without any evidence/proof or witnesses.

Actually ,such departmental inquiry has very less value in eye of law, untill FIR is registered by the complainant, you should challenge the report in High court , and quash the report. you can also file defamation case afterwards.
