aapne abhi tak konse case file kiye hai wo bataye. agar nahi file kiye ha to sabse pahle maintenance or domestic violence case or maintenance case file karo. uske bad cruelty ke liye police me case file kardo. jitna jaldi karoge apke liye achha ha.

tell me more about your cases which cases are pending and where. if maintenance case you filed then what's the stage now for maintenance case. if you not filed yet then file maintenance case first. you can filed Domestic violence case against him and his family.

Q: My wife left and don't want come back

My pregnant wife left home and don't want to come back her family members also threatening to file case and abort the child and she took all jwellery now she's demanding for mony and threating that if I m not give money then she will abort the 6month child and file case . We have 7 month of marriage. Shes mentally torture me .And her borther sister motivate to do that . how much time going on she left your house. firstly you can go in her father's house and pray to them that in future never beaten come to my home. but if she not agree to come with then file a case in family court under section 9 for RCR.

agar opposite party appear nhi ho rahi ha to apko apna sec 9 suit exparte karana padega. uske bad 3 date me apka suit decree ho jayega. or agar notice received nahi ho pa raha ha to aap publication kara dijiye uske bad court exparte proceedings start kar degi.

Q: Domestic violence by parents and threat to kill me or the boy

I'm 24 yrs old and I like someone from my community. I talked to my parents about this. They always say the boy is good but we won't allow you to marry him. They're torturing me from past 4 months and asking me to leave the job. Giving threat to kill me or the boy. They have even made a threat call to him. And always say we know many policemen in the area and nobody will help you, so I can't go to police station also to complaint. They're forcing me to marry someone else for sake of reputation.
