Abhi apka bacha kiske pas rah raha ha. agar bacha apke pas nahi ha to aap apna bacha mangkar apne pas rakh sakti hai. or agar apka pati bacha dene se inkar karta ha to aap court se child custody suit dalkar bache ki custody le sakti ha. or apne kharche ke liye maintenance suit apne pati ke upar dal sakti ha.

मेरा सेकंड मोशन 22 मई 2026 को हो चुका है। इसके बाद मेरी पूर्व पत्नी (Petitioner No. 2) ने मेरे वकील से कहा है कि उसे Divorce Certificate की आवश्यकता नहीं है और यदि मुझे चाहिए तो मैं स्वयं जाकर इसे ले लूँ। लेकिन कोर्ट की ओर से कहा जा रहा है कि Divorce Certificate लेने के लिए दोनों पक्षों का साथ में उपस्थित होना आवश्यक है।इस स्थिति में मेरा सवाल है: क्या Divorce Certificate केवल मेरी व्यक्तिगत उपस्थिति में जारी नहीं हो सकता, या दोनों Petitioners की उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है? अगर मेरी पूर्व पत्नी कोर्

किस कोर्ट से आपका डिवोर्स हुआ है। जैसा आप बता रहे है ऐसी कोई शर्त नही होती है। कोई भी पक्षकार जाकर सत्यापित प्रतिलिपि ले सकता है। लेकिन उसके लिए जरूरी है कि आप दोनों की डिवोर्स केस कोर्ट द्वारा मान्य कर ली गयी हो और सपाट आर्डर कर दिया गया हो।

Q: Being a victim of domestic and mental abuse by husband and his family

I am asking this on behalf of my sister. She is a victim of domestic abuse. Recently her husband has beaten her in presence of my brother. While my brother went to mediate was beaten as well. There were verbal abuse of all kinds. He abused my sister, my family , telling my brother that of he went as a witness to court he will make him vanish.After this incident my sister’s in-laws came and now they have started abusing her.P.S-husband is non-working and has no earnings/property in his name

you need to file a police complaint in her concern police station and also can file a domestic violence act case in nearest district and session court. also demand for peaceful residential space and maintenance. where you can live.

Q: Divorce and alimoney case making life difficult for all the family per

Wife filed the divorce and court issues point for evidence stage but it was never done from that time from september. Why case has not been disposed. Please advise what happens in such case and what is done at their end to proceed further. She wants divorce and alimony where no dowry was indeed given, working women.

alimony is the absolute right of a woman. but if she is working then she can't ask for maintenance. if she have any ground for showing cruelty by you then she got success. but if you submitted you readings well then divorce petition got rejected by the court. you would appoint a good lawyer
