Q: Called for mediation for DV case filed by me

I have been called for mediation for DV case i.my husband is earning around 2 lakhs/month but right now he is showing that he is in financiall crisis snd having loan of 25 lakhs.he wanted me to settle only 25 thousand/month excluding my child school fees (38,500 quarterly which he will pay quarterly.i am working and earning 35,000 per month but living in NCR(so expensive) with 21K on rent .I barely trust him because of past issues we had..please suggest how can i deal with this situation?

you said your husband earning around two lakhs but did you have any proof for that or he submitted any salary slip about this. if you right then court surely provide you 50k per month but if you haven't any proof about earning then court provide you on ground of income affidavit.

Q: Child legal custody of kid after exparte divorce

I have been granted exparte divorce in july 2024. I have a kid who us living with me after separation and its been 5 years his father has never visited us. All his responsibility is taken care by me and i have also not claimed for any child maintenance. My divorce order has no mention of child custody. I want to know that do I need to file for a legal custody of child as i am planning to settle abroad in future will it create any issues without taking a legal custody of child?

no need to take any legal custody because you're the natural guardian and mother of your child. only the condition applies for your husband if he wants custody of the child then he needs to approach the court for legal custody.

Q: I have cheated my husband what to do now I don't want divorce

I love my husband but due to anxiety aur gaping I don't know what it is but I have sex with some other guy but I don't want my husband to divorce me I constantly begging crying but he wants only divorce I have one child and I don't want this to happen I am in regret stage I want to maintain relation with my husband

do you want to maintain both relationships together? I think it's not possible for any husband never ready to maintain relations if he knows that her wife had sex with another person. In this situation the relationship gets a poor connection for maintaining married life. better you get divorce or you can agree with your husband.

Q: Someone gave me spa on rent saying it's saloon

Anju gave me spa on rent saying it's saloon. I gave her 50k she could not return and asked me to take her furniture when I did so she went to police and said I stole her stuffs. She is trying to frame me in false case I belong to schedule caste what can I do abt it

Do you have any rent agreement with her or you without work with her. if she wants to decide to malafide intention for not returning your money then you have not any relief. better you forgot your 50k otherwise maybe she can implant you in a forge case.

bilkul kiya ja sakta hai. prohibited injunction suit civil judge ki court me file kiya ja sakta hai. or apke ghar ko hone wale nuksan dikhakar uspar rok lagayi ja sakti hai. koi bhi vyakti aisa koi karya nahi kar sakta jisse apke ghar ya apko koi nuksan pahunch sakta ho.
