What to do in case of not allotment of open parking space

18-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
Society has allotted open parking space previously by resolution in agm/sgm the same is sold by the allotted at the time of sale of flat to new buyer where as 30% of the balance flat owner has no parking space. Stilt area is kept free in the name of Jain temple activities where only 8 days in a year some activities is done. I have 2 bhk , I have not bought open parking and has written to society after admission as member to allot an parking space but last 2+ year all negative response. Against my complain DY registrar has passed an order directing society to call for an sgm and allot Stilt parking area but not followed by society. Advocate suggested to file a case in cooperative court but this may take 4-5 years , Please guide, there is ample stilt area marked as reserved for parking as per floor plan taken from BMc under RTI. Committee is very rigid and not cooperating at any cost ,they says why did I buy a flat without parking space , not following by-laws.

It will be proper if you take paid consultancy to compensate the lawyer's stock-in-trade required to advise you. The fact you had mentioned it is not practically possible to give legal solution to ur problem.
