Transfer of Parking slot after purchase of flat

I have recently purchased a flat which has a dedicated car parking slot. I want to take a letter from the seller regarding the parking slot transfer with the flat to avoid any future issues. He has the parking allotment letter issued by the developer to him with designated parking number.

What is your query? you can get it transferred from the seller. Does index II of your sale deed includes description of parking? I mean does the consideration amount paid to seller include payment for parking? If yes then seller should transfer letter of allotment to you.

if parking slot is not mentioned in the registered sale deed of flat then you can execute the notarized sale deed (sale agreement) in your favour by the seller. for that reason to make a perfect deaft of such agreement you need to visit lawyer's office
