Time Limit allowed to file Rejoinder Affidavit

Dear Sir, In my case, the opposite party has filed counter affidavit. Now I've to file Rejoinder Affidavit. Please tell me how much time is allowed to me to file the same ?

dear client ,
if you have received the counter affidavit you can ie with the help of the council can file it in one or two days or more if your advocate has taken time must be on the previous order as what judge has given or if you want to sort some more time to annex something which you want to place it on record if something is absurd or Forged in counter for further details do contact us.

you can filed it as soon as possible.
from three days to one week and you can filed it whenever it gets ready.
there is no time limit for the same.
as soon as the pleadings are completed, the case will be taken up for final hearing

alright so drink water after that is the reply to the counter affidavit filed by the opposite parties in the time as such for 500 joint affidavit is not specifically mentioned in any low cost attitude rejoinder affidavit can be filed within the time period has been has been granted by the court itself

The Court stated that it was not possible to say that if a rejoinder was not filed in the 30 day period stipulated by the Rule, then the rejoinder could be struck from the record, even if there were valid reasons for the delay.
