What is the procedure to file a rejoinder affidavit for SLP

03-Sep-2023 (In Supreme Court Law)
In the SLP I am the petitioner and my AOR has submitted a letter intending to file a rejoinder affidavit. Accordingly Order of the Hon’ble Justice is “In view of letter circulated by learned counsel for the petitioner, list the matter after ten weeks”. It seems now that my AOR is somehow indifferent to submit this rejoinder due to whatsoever may be the reason. Kindly let me know the following: i) What will be the implication if the rejoinder is ultimately not submitted? ii) Is it possible to include certain fact which is not mentioned in the SLP and not with reference to Counter Affidavit? This fact is also not recorded in HC judgment. This particular fact is mentioned in the Advocate's Notice which is annexed with original Consumer Complaint in State Commission. This complaint is included in the SLP as attachment, but the annexures of the Consumer Complaint were not included in SLP. This consumer complaint is also included in Respondent's petition in HC as annexure.
