Counter Claim rejection because of lack of cause of action

24-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
HiAs a Petitioner I have filed GWC and divorce based on desertion and cruelty basis since my wife deserted me 4 years back and is staying in different city. Now for our Petition they have filed counter claim. Can this counter claim be rejected if there is lack in cause of action. Pls clarify.

Yes this Counter Claim can be easily rejected by the judge if it will be lacking cause of action. As this is the basic principal of law, that, any suit filed without a cause of action has no legal sanctity in law
