alright so drink water after that is the reply to the counter affidavit filed by the opposite parties in the time as such for 500 joint affidavit is not specifically mentioned in any low cost attitude rejoinder affidavit can be filed within the time period has been has been granted by the court itself

Q: IPC 420 in excise act for illegal liquor transportation

Respected sir, I was into the business of transportation 4 years ago during that period one of my driver loaded liquor illegally and as my truck my involved so the excise officer charged a case against me. what is the penalty for illegal transportation of alcohol ?, how can I get rid of it because I m planning to settle in abroad. I have booked flat in UPAVP Avadh Vihar Yojana but they not providing date of possession in written,They have taken 40.4% of total amount & for another 45% they have fixed EMI of 82 month with interest rate of 20.5%.Is it legal to fix EMI without giving possession & not providing possession date in written.
