Neighbours Not Allowing To Plaster Common Walls

24-Oct-2023 (In Civil Law)
We are constructing our house atop an independent plot purchased by us recently from one of our neighbours. Both the neighbours on either side, including the ones we purchased the plot from, are not allowing us to plaster the common walls without giving us a reason. What legal remedy could we avail to get this done as not having a plaster could damage our property?

well you need to take the prior permission of the court to enter into the premises of your neighbours to get the plaster done. so file the suit before the concerned court and the court can give you permission to plaster the wall with certain conditions which may not create inconvenience to them. don't enter into their premises with the courts permission as that may be considered trespassing.

you can approach the honourable Court for the case of permanent injunction to restrain your neighbor's from interfering in the Peaceful possession of your house and also restrain them from forcibly stopping you to plaster ur wall
